  • Aloysius Endowment
    In honor of Mary T. Murray. Provides financial assistance to Catholic parishioner students with physical mobility needs and financial need, with preference for those attending Immaculata Catholic School.
  • Regis B. Lyons Endowment
    Honors Mary Catherine Lyons, former 4th grade teacher at St. Michael the Archangel. 50% supports Immaculata Catholic School scholarships and technology; 50% supports construction and maintenance at Immaculate Conception Church.
  • Rita Fitzgerald Scholarship Endowment
    Offers scholarships to financially limited students who embody generosity and fortitude, currently enrolled or desiring to attend Immaculata.
  • Robert A. Citrini Endowment Fund
    2/3 supports tutoring for disabled children; 1/3 provides scholarships for children with financial need at Immaculata Catholic School and Immaculate Conception Church.
  • The Kaitlyn M. Lovett Memorial Scholarship

St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Raleigh

  • Emmaus Endowment II Fund
    Supports young adult retreats at the parish.
  • GWOC – Hispanic Ministry Endowment
    Unrestricted support for Hispanic Ministry as determined by the governing body.
  • Lay Education Fund (St. Francis of Assisi Lay Ministry Education Endowment Fund)
    Funds ongoing training, formation, and education for lay ministers.
  • James E. McSweeney Endowment
    Testamentary fund for further education of ordained priests in the Diocese.
  • David J. McBriar O.F.M. Chair for Justice and Peace Endowment
    Established by Rev. David McBriar, to provide leadership with funds for the mission of Peach and Justice, enables ongoing grants to parishioners or ministries focused on peace and justice.
  • Mark G. Reamer O.F.M. Endowment for Franciscan Spirituality and Tradition
    Named after Fr. Reamer, develops programs for spiritual enrichment, faith formation, and education through lectures, missions, and storytelling.
  • Mark G. Reamer O.F.M. Endowment for Leadership in Catholic Education
    Funds restricted for use to develop leadership within the youth at SFA with emphasis on Franciscan tradition.

    Used to purchase books or other educational material for the school, monies in honor of Mr. Lefebvre’s 86th birthday.

    Funds areas of need within Catholic Charities programs.

    Provides financial assistance to children and families in need.
  • GWOC – EFP (Evangelization for the Poor)
    Grants for worship space construction and aid to the poor, distributed across the Diocese’s seven deaneries.

    Supports Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh.

    Special funding outside the normal diocesan budget; applications accepted from parishes.

    Broad support for agencies serving the poor, seminarian formation, campus ministries, retired clergy and religious, Catholic schools, and support services to children by Catholic Charities.
