H. Dean Penny
Dean and his wife Cathy, are members of St Ann Catholic Church in Clayton, NC. They have been active members of this parish for over 20 years. They have 3 married children, and 8 grandchildren. Dean is a professional engineer, and retired in 2018 with 34 years of service as a principal in Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Dean continues to be active in his parish, and in the civic community of Clayton, serving in a variety of roles. Recently, Dean joined Craig Davis Properties, LLC as a senior project executive. In this role, Dean will be focused on mixed-use developments, primarily in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle Area, and in his home town of Clayton.
