The parish of Our Lady of the Rosary had its humble beginnings in the living room of Ed Rabil’s family home. Recently staff from The Foundation met with Ed and two other long serving members of the Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary, to learn how the Diocese of Raleigh initiatives, The Land Trust and the Home Mission Society, helped their Parish evolve.
